ADG Event Sanctioning Agreement

Complete this form to have your Disc Golf event ADG sanctioned. If you are unsure about any of the fields each has help and links to further references if you hover over them. ADG event sanctioning offers insurance, PDGA compliance, ADG tour points (for Tour, Major and ADGC events), dispute resolution, promotion on our calendar, a simple registration system and helps fund ADG's development activities.

Full name of your event. If submitting events with special prefixes like ADGD please include the prefix as well.

Organising Entity
Only ADG affiliated clubs are able to access insurance coverage for sanctioned events. Other entities must provide their own insurance.
